In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to COSSELIE L.P. (Limited Partnership) with G.E.MI. Number 162851706000, V.A.T. Νumber EL801761777, D.O.Y. Z’ Thessalonikis. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions. Any changes will be effective only after the effective date of the change and will not affect any dispute arising prior to the effective date of the change.
Product descriptions
1.We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any error, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
2.Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true color nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product, many of our lenses are mirror which cannot be replicated 100% on a website.
Product orders
3.We endeavor to ensure that our product list is current however we give no guarantee as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
4.Our price list can be accessed from our home page, and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
5.Packaging and shipping are additional charges, calculated at time of purchase.
6.We will require you to pay the shipping back and the re-shipping fee. Product needs to be unworn and send back with all original packaging within 15 days of receiving the goods.
7.When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. This information will be governed by our Privacy Policy; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
8.Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
9.All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we provide the goods to the delivery service.
Order cancellation due to error
10.Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the total amount debited. Note that the credit may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle.
Returns due to delivery error
11.In all cases in which other products than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity or a capacity that has previously been agreed in writing is missing, the customer returns the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to COSSELIE as well as the costs of return to the customer, are borne by COSSELIE as long as the return method proposed by COSSELIE is observed.
Returns of defective products
12.In case it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect, if this is confirmed by COSSELIE, the following apply:
- The warranty is provided for a period of 30 days. After the end of this period, the replacement of the product is not possible.
- The return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. If it is a defect found later than delivery and the packaging does not exist or also if the packaging of the product was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item, the packaging of the product is not required.
- The return of the products will be carried out by courier. The customer is charged with the shipping costs to COSSELIE and COSSELIE is charged with the shipping costs of the replaced or repaired product.
- After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then contacted to inform him about the results of the inspection.
- If the defect is found, repair or replacement of the product is carried out, otherwise cancellation of the transaction, in case it is not possible to repair the product in a reasonable time and no other product of similar or better characteristics or equivalent value can be found by the COSSELIE for the replacement. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to COSSELIE.
- In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, COSSELIE has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and without any other in total or partial offsetting of this claim against the customer.
Returns of products, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA)
13.The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within five (5) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product should not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. D.A.T., Retail receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. In such cases, the following shall apply:
- The product is received and checked to determine the defect reported by the customer.
- Provided that they have been previously received and checked by COSSELIE, the item will be replaced with a similar new one or, in case of unavailability, with another new product of similar quality and price. In case the customer does not want a replacement, the money of the original purchase will be refunded to the customer. The refund is made in the same way as the customer’s initial payment to COSSELIE.
- The shipping costs for both the return of the products to COSSELIE and for the return to the customer of the replaced product are borne by COSSELIE.
- In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, COSSELIE has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally and without any other in total or partial offsetting of this claim against the customer.
14.If you wish to return a product based on the above, you must notify us through our designated “returns” webpage where we set out our requirements and follow our procedures relating to return of such goods.
Site access
15.When you visit our website, we give you a limited license to access and use our information for personal (non-commercial) use. For clarity, the website includes the website and its related features and services (e.g., our text messaging services).
16.Except as permitted by law, you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.
17.The license to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots, scrapers, or other extraction tools. The license also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your metatag or mirroring of our website.

Such links are provided for convenience only and we take no responsibility for the content and maintenance of or privacy compliance by any linked website. 24.We also use commercially available tools to check our website for any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however We Are Not Responsible For Any Damage To Your Computer System Which Arises In Connection With Your Use Of Our Website Or Any Linked Website.
Limitation of liability

Idemnity
26.By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.
Force Majeure
27.If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than 30 days, we may terminate this Agreement by giving at least 7 days’ notice to you. “Force Majeure” means any act, circumstance or omission over which we could not reasonably have exercised control.
Jurisdiction
28.These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in Courts located in Thessaloniki, Greece and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
29.If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary, the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
30.In any case, the consumer has the right to file a complaint through the electronic dispute resolution platform, in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Legislative Decree 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he can initiate the ADR procedure through the single EU-wide platform for electronic dispute resolution (platform ODR) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage

31.Our compliance with privacy legislation is set out in our separate Privacy Policy which may be accessed from our home page.
Order cancellation for suspected reseller activity
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that, in our sole discretion, appears to be generated by unauthorized resellers or any other individuals or entities attempting to engage in unauthorized bulk purchases or other fraudulent activities. In the event of such cancellation, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the total amount charged, including any packaging and postage charges. We may notify you of the cancellation and the reason for it, but we are not obligated to provide any additional information or engage in further communication regarding the matter. Customers who believe their order was mistakenly canceled due to suspected unauthorized reseller activity or fraudulent sale may contact COSSELIE’s customer support to request further review of the cancellation. If we elect to do so, we will investigate such requests and, if appropriate, may reinstate the order or provide an alternative solution at our discretion.
Limited Warranty
What Does this Warranty Cover?
Subject to the requirements, limitations, disclaimers and exclusions set forth in this Limited Warranty, COSSELIE provides a limited guarantee against defects for 14 days from the date of the order’s receival as indicated on the shipping slip.
COSSELIE will offer a repair or replacement (at COSSELIE’s option and where possible) for genuine COSSELIE products exhibiting a manufacturing or material defect during the warranty periods described above.
What Does this Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover claims or damage caused by the following:
- Scratches (but see below).
- Accidental damage or misuse, as determined in COSSELIE’s discretion.
- Fading or peeling of frames.
- Loss of screws due to neglect; and
- Normal wear and tear.
How Can You Get Service?
For manufacturing defects, contact COSSELIE Customer Service at service@b2b.cosselie.com. There, please provide a description of the issue and a picture of the product, including the damage or defect.
COSSELE Customer Service will review the request and decide whether this Limited Warranty applies. COSSELIE may ask you to provide further information or photographs to assist us to process your warranty claim or to post the damaged product to COSSELIE. If your product is covered by this Limited Warranty, COSSELIE will provide a replacement product less any applicable costs. If COSSELIE determines it is not covered, we will notify you. You are solely responsible for any expenses of claiming the Limited Warranty (if any), unless agreed in writing by COSSELIE at its sole discretion.
In some cases, we may determine that your glasses need to be replaced, but no longer carry the original style of glasses in stock. In these circumstances, we will replace your glasses with a frame of equal or lesser value.
